盐酸昂丹司琼性质、用途与生产工艺
Ondansetron HCl (GR 38032F)是5-羟色胺5-HT3受体拮抗剂。
Ondansetron减少戒断症状,如增加排便,跳跃和湿狗样抖动力度,提高它们减少戒断的疼痛阈值,但在产生排尿,肛温或流涎没有变化。 Ondansetron和granisetron显著增强玻璃珠胃排空,并提高胃排空大鼠cisplatin诱导的减慢。在小鼠的强迫游泳和悬尾试验中,Ondansetron表现出双相剂量-反应曲线,在0.1毫克/千克有抗抑郁样作用。Ondansetron预处理增强fluoxetine和venlafaxine的抗抑郁作用,但不影响desipramine或8-hydroxy-2-(di-n-propylamino) tetralin的作用。Ondansetron(10毫克/千克)在开放场逆转多动症,并降低了比例项和高架十字迷宫中张开双臂的时间。 Ondansetron(0.01毫克/公斤而不是0.1毫克/公斤),一个选择性的和有效5HT3受体拮抗剂,被证明有效阻断amphetamine诱导的LI的中断。Ondansetron能够减轻增加多巴胺的活性,产生药理与amphetamine相似,而不会影响基线多巴胺活性。 Ondansetron有助于成年和老年动物的表现,并抑制scopolamine, electrolesions或ibotenic acid诱导的适应性的损害。Ondansetron和arecoline拮抗scopolamine诱导的损害。
