(1) 将45g氯乙烷溶于300g二甲苯中，待用； (2) 将10g三乙胺、50g乙醚、150g二甲苯加入高压反应爸中，于70°C下，向高压反应爸 中滴加250g氯乙烷-二甲苯溶液，滴加完毕后，保温反应半小时后，通入气体保持高压釜内 压力为3MPa，于120°C下反应12小时后，停止通气，缓慢打开放气阀，降温至室温； (3) 将步骤⑵所得反应液过滤，得58.3g滤饼A为四乙基氯化铵粗品，将四乙基氯化铵 粗品加入100g水中，于45°C下搅拌至大部分粗品溶解，趁热过滤，得20.2g滤液加入80g乙 腈、120g戊二醇混合溶剂中，搅拌静置半小时后，过滤，滤饼B烘干即得15.9g四乙基氯化铵， 纯度为99.7%，收率为95.5%。
四乙基氯化铵是一种非选择性的钾通道 (potassium channel) 阻滞剂，它是有机阳离子转运蛋白的良好底物，并具有抗肿瘤特性。
