醋酸艾塞那肽性质、用途与生产工艺

应用

醋酸艾塞那肽是人工合成的GLP‑1（胰高血糖素样肽）类似物，由39个氨基酸组成。醋酸艾塞那肽是拟肠降血糖素药，可以模拟葡萄糖依赖性胰岛素分泌增强作用和肠降血糖素其他抗高血糖药作用。

概述

醋酸艾塞那肽的氨基酸序列与人类GLP‑1部分重叠。醋酸艾塞那肽在体外显示可以结合并活化已知的人类GLP‑1受体。这就意味着通过包括cAMP（环磷酸腺苷）或其他细胞内信号传导机制使葡萄糖依赖性胰岛素合成及胰岛β细胞在体内分泌胰岛素增加。

生物活性

Enfuvirtide (T20; DP178) acetate 是一种抗 HIV-1 融合的抑制肽。

体外研究

A cell-cell fusion assay reveals that the effective concentration for achieving 50% inhibition (IC 50 ) of Enfuvirtide is 23 ± 6 nM. IFN-λs (1, 2, or 3) or the antiretrovirals (AZT, Efavirenz, Indinavir, and Enfuvirtide) significantly inhibita the expression of HIV p24 antigen and Gag gene in macrophages. IFN-λs (1, 2, or 3) also enhanced the anti-HIV (Bal) effect of AZT, Efavirenz, Indinavir, and Enfuvirtide.
