Nitracrine性质、用途与生产工艺
Nitracrine 抑制 RNA 合成 (RNA synthesis),共价,可逆地与 DNA 结合,在体内与 DNA 形成共价加合物。Nitracrine 是 1-nitroacridine 衍生物,一种有效的体外缺氧选择性药物和抗肿瘤药物。Nitracrine 具有细胞毒性。
Nitracrine (2 μM; 1 hour) causes death of 50% of human erythroleukemia K562 cells under illumination for 48 min. While it is 8.5 hours for Nitracrine on the dark.
Nitracrine has LD50s of 0.23 μM, 0.6 μM, 0.16 μM in P388 cell, NIH3T3 cell, and K562 cells under illumination after 1 hour of cells incubation, respectively.
