间氯溴苯性质、用途与生产工艺

用途

间氯溴苯是一种有机化合物，是苯个间位个氢原子畀氯搭溴取代个产物，间溴氯苯可用作有机合成中间体及溶剂等。间氯溴苯用于酚类、醚类和苯并呋喃合成的试剂，也用于制备抗血栓药物。

制备

以间氯苯胺为原料，与浓氢溴酸混合，使温度降至0℃，在搅拌下，迅速加入亚硝酸钠水溶液，使邻氯苯胺氮化，生成重氮盐，在反应过程中应控制温度不超过10℃。然后采用 Sandmeyer反应，在反应体系中加入催化剂溴化亚铜及氢溴酸，分解重氮盐，分解反应在沸腾温度下进行，反应完成后，静置，取出下面的有机层，用水洗涤，经干燥除去水分，减压精馏，可制得间溴氯苯。
