使用

PNU 22394 is a potent SR-2C agonist and partial SR-2A/SR-2B agonist. Central nervous system sedative. A tryptamine derivative which has hyperthermic effects.

生物活性

Potent 5-HT 2C agonist and partial 5-HT 2A /5-HT 2B agonist. Non-selective between 5-HT 2 receptor subtypes (K i values are 18, 18 and 66 nM for human recombinant 5-HT 2C , 5-HT 2A and 5-HT 2B receptors respectively). Reduces food intake in rats following subcutaneous administration and displays anorexigenic effects in humans.
