Uses | Boc-cis-3-hydroxy-L-proline is used to prepare analogs of cyclothialidine, a DNA-gyrase inhibitor with antibacterial activities. It is also used to synthesize potent 3- or 4-substituted-2-cyanopyrrolidine dipeptidyl peptidase IV inhibitors. |
