概述

沙替格雷是一种有效的血小板聚集抑制剂。Satigrel 通过选择性抑制血小板中存在的靶酶 PGHS1 来阻止血栓素 A2 的合成，从而抑制胶原蛋白和花生四烯酸诱导的血小板聚集。Satigrel 抑制 PGHS1 (IC50: 0.081 μM) 和 PGHS2 (IC50: 5.9 μM)。Satigrel 对抗 III 型 PDE、V 型和 II 型 (IC50分别为 15.7 μM、39.8 μM和 62.4 μM)。
