通过恒压滴液漏斗将二碳酸二叔丁酯(1.77 g,8.12 mmol)的氯仿(10 mL)溶液缓慢滴加至含有轮环藤宁(0.51 g,2.90 mmol)和三乙胺(1.25 mL,8.99 mmol)的氯仿(40 mL)溶液中。反应混合物于室温下搅拌过夜后,通过旋转蒸发仪浓缩。所得粗产物经硅胶柱色谱纯化,采用乙酸乙酯至5%甲醇/二氯甲烷梯度洗脱,得到目标化合物1,4,7-三叔丁氧羰基-1,4,7,10-四氮杂环十二烷,为白色固体(1.02 g,收率80%)。产物表征数据与文献报道一致。
