在氮气保护下,将2-氯-4,6-二苯基-1,3,5-三嗪(50g,187mmol)溶于四氢呋喃(THF,1L)中,随后加入4-溴苯硼酸(45g,224.12mmol,Aldrich Corporation)和四(三苯基膦)钯(2.1g,1.87mmol)。向反应体系中加入饱和碳酸钾水溶液(64g,467mmol),将混合物加热至80℃并回流12小时。反应完成后,向反应液中加入水,用二氯甲烷(DCM)萃取有机相。有机相经无水硫酸镁(MgSO4)干燥后过滤,减压浓缩。所得粗产物通过快速柱色谱法进行分离纯化,得到目标化合物I-32(70g,收率96%)。高分辨质谱(HRMS,70eV,EI+):C21H14BrN3的理论m/z值为387.0371,实测值为387。元素分析结果:C,65%;H,4%。
