以甲醇和顺式-1,2-环己烷二羧酸酐为原料合成反式-2-(甲氧羰基)环己烷羧酸的一般步骤:将顺式-1,2-环己烷二羧酸酐(7.0 g,45.5 mmol)溶于甲醇(2 mL,49.5 mmol)中,于100℃下搅拌反应1小时。反应完成后,通过蒸发去除溶剂,得到白色固体产物反式-2-(甲氧羰基)环己烷羧酸(8.46 g,45.5 mmol,产率100%),该产物无需进一步纯化即可用于后续步骤。产物的熔点为67-69℃。红外光谱(KBr)显示特征吸收峰:ν 3060, 1710, 1670 cm-1。1H NMR(400 MHz, CDCl3)数据:δ 7.54(s, 1H), 3.68(s, 3H), 2.89-2.81(m, 2H), 2.09-1.96(m, 2H), 1.83-1.72(m, 2H), 1.61-1.36(m, 4H)。13C NMR(100 MHz, CDCl3)数据:δ 179.76, 174.06, 51.71, 42.48, 42.33, 26.25, 25.95, 23.74, 23.62。高分辨质谱(ESI)分析:[M-H]-计算值为C9H13O4的185.0792,实测值为185.0790。
