实施例2 II: 以甘氨酸乙酯盐酸盐和草酰氯单乙酯为起始原料，参照文献(J. Heterocycl. Chem. 1995, 32, 1693-1702)的方法制备化合物4。随后，在乙醇溶液中采用NaBH4/LiCl体系进行还原反应。通过Dess-Martin氧化剂进一步氧化，得到目标醛6，总收率为25%（两步反应）。
