步骤B：6-(二氟甲氧基)吡啶-3-胺的合成 向脱气的甲醇（100 mL）中加入2-(二氟甲氧基)-5-硝基吡啶（4.7 g，24.7 mmol）和10%钯碳催化剂（500 mg，0.47 mmol）。在常压下进行氢化反应1小时。反应完成后，加入乙酸（2.83 mL，49.4 mmol），随后通过硅藻土过滤反应混合物，并真空浓缩滤液，得到6-(二氟甲氧基)吡啶-3-胺（6.33 g，25.9 mmol，105%收率），产物为橄榄绿色液体。 1H NMR (400 MHz, MeOD-d4) δ ppm: 7.60 (d, J = 2.76 Hz, 1H), 7.37 (s, 0.5H), 7.15 (dd, J = 8.66, 2.89 Hz, 1H), 7.00 (s, 0.5H), 6.71 (d, J = 8.78 Hz, 1H)。
