抗肝片吸虫幼虫病。对6周龄以前的各期幼虫效果显著，减虫率几乎达100%，可用于治疗牛、羊肝片吸虫幼虫病。该品低毒。小鼠口服、皮下、腹腔给药的LD50均大于3000mg/kg。绵羊以400-1600mg/kg剂量给药，只有少数动物死亡，脱毛和暂时性视觉障碍。该品对泌乳期、妊娠期及虚弱的家畜无不良影响，对产乳量和乳质亦无影响。常见问题列表

And the metabolic effects of Diamfenetide on F. hepatica may be secondary to the initial effects on surface membranes.
