化合物1的合成:在氮气氛围下,向经过N2吹扫的无水DMF(10mL)中,通过套管将1,3,5-三溴苯(1.00g,3.17mmol)和双(频哪醇)二硼(2.54g,9.53mmol)转移至一个干燥的三颈圆底烧瓶中。随后,迅速向烧瓶中加入乙酸钾(1.87g,19.0mmol)和Pd(dppf)Cl2(0.087g,0.12mmol)。将所得混合物在剧烈搅拌下于90℃加热反应24小时。反应完成后,将混合物冷却至室温,加入去离子水(120mL)以淬灭反应。通过过滤收集生成的黑色沉淀,并用去离子水洗涤三次,最后在真空下干燥,得到目标产物1,3,5-苯三硼酸三频哪醇酯,收率为98%。
