c）向1-（2-硝基-4-三氟甲基苯基）乙酮（1.44g，6.18mmol）在EtOH（30mL）和H2O（15mL）中的混合物中加入铁粉（1.72g，30.88mmol）和NH4Cl（165mg，3.09mmol），并将反应混合物在90℃下剧烈搅拌30分钟。趁热过滤反应混合物，残余物用EtOAc洗涤，并额外加入H2O。分离各相，有机相依次用水、盐水洗涤，经MgSO4干燥，减压浓缩除去溶剂。将残余物通过硅胶垫过滤（洗脱剂：EtOAc/PE=1:1），得到1-（2-氨基-4-三氟甲基苯基）乙酮（1.20g，96%），为黄色固体。
