以1-(4-氟苯基)-1-乙醇为原料合成1-(1-溴乙基)-4-氟苯的一般步骤:将1-(4-氟苯基)乙醇(0.455 mL,3.57 mmol)与三溴化磷(0.673 mL,7.13 mmol)在氯仿(10 mL)中混合,于70℃下加热反应3天。反应完成后,将反应混合物倒入冰水中淬灭,并用乙酸乙酯稀释。分离有机层,依次用水和盐水洗涤,无水硫酸钠干燥后,真空浓缩得到粗产物。粗产物通过硅胶柱色谱法,以己烷/二氯甲烷(2:1)为洗脱剂进行纯化,得到1-(1-溴乙基)-4-氟苯(154 mg,0.758 mmol,产率21.3%),为无色油状物。1H NMR(400 MHz,CDCl3)δ 7.49-7.40(m,2H),7.09-7.00(m,2H),5.23(q,J = 7.0 Hz,1H),2.06(d,J = 6.8 Hz,3H)。
