H2La、H2Lb和H2Lc的合成采用标准方法:将等摩尔量的异烟酰肼(吡啶-4-甲酰肼)与相应的醛(5-溴-2-羟基苯甲醛、2-羟基-1-萘甲醛或2,4-二羟基苯甲醛)在乙醇中回流反应3小时,随后冷却至室温。通过缓慢蒸发化合物的稀乙醇溶液,获得适用于X射线晶体学分析的晶体。
