步骤2,制备5-溴-2-(甲硫基)嘧啶-4(3H)-酮:将142g 2-甲硫基-4-嘧啶酮溶解于500mL二氯甲烷中,加入190g N-溴代琥珀酰亚胺(NBS),加热回流反应6小时。反应完成后,将反应混合物冷却至室温,过滤除去不溶物。用适量二氯甲烷洗涤滤饼,合并有机相,用无水硫酸钠干燥。干燥后的有机相在冰浴条件下进行重结晶,得到190g浅黄色固体产物,收率为87%。
