步骤2 2-氨基-5-(三氟甲基)苯甲酸的合成：将2-硝基-5-(三氟甲基)苯甲酸（1.2 g，4.78 mmol）悬浮于乙醇（10 mL）中，加入10% Pd/C催化剂（120 mg）。在室温和常压下进行氢化反应1小时。反应完成后，通过硅藻土垫过滤除去催化剂，浓缩滤液，得到2-氨基-5-(三氟甲基)苯甲酸（900 mg，收率85.2%），为苍白色固体。所得产物无需进一步纯化即可用于后续反应。
