实施例1 4-(5-溴-2-氯苄基)苯酚的合成:在-78℃条件下,向搅拌中的4-溴-1-氯-2-(4-乙氧基苄基)苯(8.47g,0.026mol)的二氯甲烷溶液(250mL)中缓慢滴加三溴硼烷的二氯甲烷溶液(8mL,4M)。反应混合物在-78℃下继续搅拌30分钟,随后升至室温并搅拌1小时。反应完成后,缓慢加入饱和碳酸氢钠水溶液(200mL)淬灭反应,用乙酸乙酯萃取混合物三次。合并有机相,用饱和氯化钠水溶液洗涤一次,无水硫酸钠干燥。减压浓缩除去溶剂,残余物通过硅胶柱色谱法(洗脱剂:石油醚/乙酸乙酯,10:1)纯化,得到目标产物4-(5-溴-2-氯苄基)苯酚。产量:6.85g,收率89%。LC-MS(ESI):m/z = 297/299(Cl)[M + H]+。
