GF 15 leads to multipolar mitosis induction with an EC ₅₀ of 900 nM. GF 15 exhibits potent cytotoxicity in a concentration-dependent manner against a broad spectrum of tumor cell types including colon, cervix, glioblastoma, pancreas, leukemia, and myeloma-derived cell lines with IC ₅₀ s of 1-5 μM.
