以化合物(CAS: 912444-88-3)为原料合成2,3,6,7-四氢-1H-氮杂卓-1,4-二羧酸1-叔丁酯4-乙酯的一般步骤:将实施例42C(0.77 g,2.1 mmol)溶于30 mL苯中,加入DBU(0.9 mL),于60℃反应1小时。反应完成后,冷却反应混合物,浓缩,残余物通过快速柱色谱法(洗脱剂:30% EtOAc的己烷溶液)纯化,得到目标产物2,3,6,7-四氢-1H-氮杂卓-1,4-二羧酸1-叔丁酯4-乙酯(540 mg,收率95%)。MS(DCI/NH3)m/z 270(M + H)+。
