以6-氯-5-羟基烟酸甲酯(1.8 g,9.6 mmol)、碘甲烷(2M乙醚溶液,5.8 mL,11.6 mmol)和碳酸钾(2.0 g,14.5 mmol)为原料,在丙酮(190 mL)中回流反应6小时。反应完成后,使用旋转蒸发仪浓缩反应混合物,随后加入水(100 mL)进行稀释。通过过滤收集生成的白色沉淀,并用额外的水洗涤,得到目标产物6-氯-5-甲氧基烟酸甲酯,为白色固体(1.33 g,收率68%),熔点为83-85℃。产物结构通过1H NMR(400 MHz,CDCl3)δ 8.60(d,1H)、7.77(d,1H)、3.98(s,3H)、3.96(s,3H)和GC-MS(计算值:C8H8ClNO3 [M]+ 201,实测值:201)进行确认。
