将(2-叔丁基二甲基甲硅烷氧基)乙醛(54.64 mL, 258.2 mmol)溶于二氯甲烷(DCM, 500 mL)中，加入(S)-2-甲基丙烷-2-亚磺酰胺(34.42 g, 284.0 mmol)，随后加入硫酸铜(103.0 g, 645.4 mmol)。反应混合物在环境温度下搅拌48小时。反应完成后，混合物通过硅藻土过滤，并用DCM洗涤。滤液经浓缩后，通过硅胶柱色谱纯化(洗脱剂：10-30%乙酸乙酯的己烷溶液)，得到(S,E)-N-(2-((叔丁基二甲基甲硅烷氧基)亚乙基)-2-甲基丙烷-2-亚磺酰胺(67.3 g, 94% yield)。
