步骤4:在密封反应管中加入2,6-二氯-4-[(1E)-2-(二甲氨基)乙烯基]吡啶-3-甲腈(4.0 g,16.6 mmol)和浓盐酸(20 mL)。将反应混合物在45℃下搅拌18小时。反应完成后,冷却至室温,向反应液中加入冰水,形成黄色浆状物。通过过滤收集沉淀,依次用冷水、乙醚和乙酸乙酯洗涤,然后在真空下干燥,得到淡黄色固体6,8-二氯-2,7-萘啶-1(2H)-酮(收率80%)。质谱(MS)m/z:215.0(M + 1)。1H NMR(300 MHz,DMSO-d6):δ 11.75(s,1H),7.76(s,1H),7.50(t,J = 6.6 Hz,1H),6.52(d,J = 6.6 Hz,1H)。
