以2-溴-6-硝基苯酚(19.6g,90.0mmol)和碘甲烷(25.6g,180mmol)为原料合成2-溴-6-硝基苯甲醚的一般步骤:首先,将2-溴-6-硝基苯酚和碳酸钾(24.9g,180mmol)在丙酮(400mL)中混合。随后,向该混合物中加入碘甲烷。将反应混合物加热回流过夜。反应完成后,冷却至室温,过滤混合物,并用乙酸乙酯(100mL)洗涤滤饼。将滤液在减压下浓缩。将残余物溶解于乙酸乙酯中,所得溶液用饱和食盐水洗涤,并用无水硫酸钠干燥。最后,将干燥后的溶液浓缩,得到1-溴-2-甲氧基-3-硝基苯(20.2g,收率97%)为黄色固体。产物的1H-NMR谱(300MHz,DMSO-d6)数据如下:δ(ppm):3.92(s,3H),7.32(d,1H,J = 8.1Hz),7.94-8.03(m,2H)。
