生物活性

Bis-ANS dipotassium 是一种蛋白质荧光探针，Bis-ANS 结合到 tubulin，Kd 为 2 μM。Bis-ANS dipotassium 是一种有效的蛋白质液-液相分离 (LLPS) 的双相调节剂。Bis-ANS dipotassium 低浓度促进LLPS，高浓度抑制 LLPS。

体外研究

Bis-ANS is a fluorescent molecule that has been used to probe exposed hydrophobic patches in proteins and to monitor the formation of protein aggregates. Bis-ANS is a bivalent naphthalene sulfonate with aniline moieties. Bis-ANS modulates the liquid-liquid phase separation of TDP-43 low complexity domain (LCD).
