双三苯基膦二羰基镍性质、用途与生产工艺
双三苯基膦二羰基镍可用作医药合成中间体和有机中间体,主要用于实验室研发过程和化工医药合成过程中。
在干燥箱中,将L-亮氨酸NCA(9.2mg,0.058mmol)溶解在THF(0.5mL)中并加入搅拌均匀的PPh3(31mg,0.12mmol)和(COD)2Ni(16mg,0.058)的混合物中。在THF(1.5mL)中的mmol)。将红色/棕色溶液搅拌24小时,然后真空除去溶剂,得到深红色油状固体。产物用冷己烷(0℃,3×2)萃取。得到红色/棕色己烷溶液和浅橙色固体。蒸发己烷溶液,得到含有(PPh3)2Ni(CO)2[IR(THF):2000,1939cm-1(nCO)的红色油状物。然后,干燥固体得到橙色粉末,可以通过从THF/己烷中沉淀来纯化,得到双三苯基膦二羰基镍(5mg,66%收率)。将该产物溶于THF(5mL)的干燥箱中的圆底Schlenk烧瓶中。将烧瓶置于Schlenk管线上的N2气氛下,然后加入HCl(90mL的1.0MEt2O溶液)。黄色溶液变成橙色,然后随着它慢慢变绿而变得模糊。2小时后,真空除去溶剂,得到双三苯基膦二羰基镍。
