二丁基丙二酸二乙酯性质、用途与生产工艺

应用

二丁基丙二酸二乙酯可用于制备格尔伯特酸。格尔伯特酸，是一种在羧酸α-位带有较长支链烷烃的脂肪酸，与碳数相同的直链脂肪酸相比，具有无色无味，对人体几乎无不良影响，凝固点低、刺激性小等特点，在工业润滑油、金属加工液、化妆品、表面活性剂和助剂等方面有着广泛的应用。

制备

二丁基丙二酸二乙酯的合成路线

氮气保护下，将100g丙二酸二乙酯、300mL无水乙醇投入1000mL三口圆底烧瓶中，室温下，加入40.5g甲醇钠，然后，缓慢加入102.8g溴代正丁烷，加完后升温回流，反应3h；降温到室温，再加入40.5g甲醇钠，然后，缓慢加入102.8g溴代正丁烷，升温回流反应3h。降温到室温，脱除溶剂，加入1mol/L硫酸水溶液中和体系到pH值为7左右，有机相水洗、减压蒸馏得到二丁基丙二酸二乙酯，154g(产率90.6％)。
