缬更昔洛韦性质、用途与生产工艺

抗CMV药物

缬更昔洛韦 (valganciclovir)是更昔洛韦的前体药物，口服后迅速转化成更昔洛韦，需与食物同服。更昔洛韦适应症：（1）用于免疫功能损伤（包括艾滋病患者）发生的巨细胞病毒性视网膜炎的维持治疗。（2）预防可能发生于器官移植受者的巨细胞病毒感染。（3）预防晚期HIV感染患者的巨细胞病毒感染。
临床上常用的抗CMV药物有缬更昔洛韦，口服更昔洛韦，静脉更昔洛韦，伐昔洛韦，磷钾酸钠等。其中，缬更昔洛韦是SOT受者预防CMV感染的优先选用药物；口服更昔洛韦由于生物利用度低，服药负担重，也有骨髓抑制风险及耐药风险高等不良反应，不推荐用于CMV的预防和抢先治疗。

生物活性

Valganciclovir是ganciclovir的原药，具有抗巨细胞病毒CMV感染的活性。

用途

缬更昔洛韦用于治疗免疫功能缺陷患者巨细胞病毒感染所致的视网膜炎。

副作用

常见的副作用为腹痛、头痛、失眠、恶心、发热及血球数量不足。其他的副作用有不孕及肾功能衰竭。有些动物在怀孕时使用此药，造成了生育缺陷。
