苯酚与甲醛和缩水甘油醚的聚合物性质、用途与生产工艺
生产方法
分两步进行。第一步由苯酚与甲醛(37%甲醛水溶液),在35%浓度盐酸为催化剂的条件下,两者反应生成双酚F。第二步用双酚F(二酚基甲烷)与环氧氯丙烷在NaOH作用下反应制得液态双酚F型环氧树脂,也可合成出固态双酚F型环氧树脂(多采用两步法合成)。
