多肽
ω-芋螺毒素 MVIIC(芋螺毒素肽)是具有抑制扑入哺乳动物中枢神经系统中的其他钙离子亚型通道的多肽,序列由26个氨基酸组成,序列中的6个Cys形成了三对二硫键,多肽结构相当稳定。这种多肽序列中有四个Lys,但由于β-折叠的存在,导致侧链基团被包裹在序列中,因此多肽对生物素化的反应性很多,对生物活性的影响较小,因此芋螺毒素肽具有成为药物原料的潜能非常巨大。
