化学性质
结晶化合物。熔点297℃。
用途
氯喹的中间体。
生产方法
可用间氯苯胺与原甲酸三乙酯加热缩合,生成双(间氯苯基)甲脒,然后与丙二酸二乙酯在三氟化硼参与下缩合,得(间氯苯氨基)亚甲丙二酸二乙酯,将后者在石蜡油中加热环合即得该品。
