用途
N-甲酰溶肉瘤素的中间体。
生产方法
用苯胺与环氧乙烷在乙酸参与下反应(羟乙基化),生成N,N-双(2-羟乙基)苯胺,然后以三氯氧磷氯化、二甲基甲酰胺甲酰化得氮芥苯甲醛,将后者与马脲在碳酸氢钾参与下环合制得该品。
