1-氯酞嗪性质、用途与生产工艺

用途 

降压药肼苯哒嗪的中间体。1-氯代酞嗪与水合肼反应即得肼苯哒嗪。

生产方法 

由萘经氧化、环合、消除、氯化而得。1.氧化、环合在搅拌下，将萘、高锰酸钾加入氢氧化钠溶液中，在90-120℃反应约3h。过滤，滤液加硫酸肼至pH为7，回流1h，用30%硫酸调节至pH为3，过滤，水洗，干燥，得1-羟基-4-羧基酞嗪。2.消除、氯化将硝基苯加到1-羟基-4-羧基酞嗪中搅拌，慢慢加热到200℃，保温到二氧化碳放尽，冷却，过滤，用四氯化碳洗涤滤饼，干燥，得1-羟基酞嗪。将其与三氯氧磷在87-89℃反应半小时，反应液冰析，用10%氢氧化钠溶液调节至pH为7.5，过滤，水洗，干燥，得1-氯代酞嗪。
