PD123319在多种不同组织中所用受体的两个子类中表现不同。
125I--AII特异性标记两类结合在膜制备牛肾上腺glomerulosa细胞位点。第一类(DuP-753敏感)代表约85%的总结合位点,并对DUP-753具有高亲和力(IC 50为92.9 nM)。 PD-123319不会对
125 SUP> I-AII结合到本位点有任何影响。第二类结合位点对PD-123319更敏感, IC 50是6.9 nM,并且对DUP-753的亲和力低得多(IC50值约10 mM)。
PD123319对脑血流量的自我调节没有影响。急性AT2受体阻断不影响脑血流自动调节功能。 PD 123319静脉给药导致了高血压大鼠中瞬时的剂量依赖性的MAP增加,3毫克/千克的PD123319导致MAP维持约为7.4分钟。
