1-甲基-色氨酸性质、用途与生产工艺
(Rac)-Indoximod (1-Methyl-DL-tryptophan) 是吲哚胺-2,3-双加氧酶 (IDO) 抑制剂。(Rac)-Indoximod 和 IFN-γ 联用显著降低了表达 α-SMA 的人心肌成纤维细胞活性,并通过上调 IRF-1,Fas 和 FasL 基因诱导凋亡(apoptosis)。
(Rac)-Indoximod (1-Methyl-DL-tryptophan; 0.5 mM; 3 days) inhibits tryptophan depletion, thereby partially reversing the growth-inhibitory activity of IFN-γ, but eventually induces cell death regardless of tryptophan depletion.
