氨甲酰甲胆碱性质、用途与生产工艺
Bethanechol 是一种拟副交感神经剂。Bethanechol 是毒蕈碱型受体 (mAChR) 的激动剂，通过直接刺激副交感神经系统的 mAChR (M1、M2、M3、M4、M5) 发挥其作用。
Bethanechol (0.3-300 μM) significantly reduces ileal pacemaker potentials, significantly.
Bethanechol (2-12 mg/kg; i.p.) induces drinking and increased urine output of rats in a dose-dependent fashion.
