分散兰 165性质、用途与生产工艺
化学性质
深蓝色粉末。染色时遇铁、铜离子色光稳定无变化。
用途
分散蓝 BBLS 用于涤纶及其混纺织物的染色，色光艳亮，提升力高，日晒和升华牢度都较好。可用于染三醋酸纤维和腈纶，以及涤纶和三醋酸纤维织物的直接印花，不用于染二醋酸纤维、锦纶。
生产方法
以 2，6-二溴 (或氯)-4-硝基苯胺和间乙酰氨基-N，N-二乙基苯胺为原料，首先将 2，6-二溴 (或氯)-4-硝基苯胺重氮化，再与间乙酰氨基-N，N-二乙基苯胺偶合，然后用氰化亚铜进行氰化得产物。经过滤、研磨、干燥得成品。。
