(S)- 2-氨基-3-甲基-1,1-二苯基-1-丁醇性质、用途与生产工艺

用途

在不对称合成中，手性催化剂或手性助剂的合成至关重要。属于光学活性的（S）-2-氨基-3-甲基-1,1-二苯基-1-丁醇的β-氨基醇，是合成许多手性配体的重要中间体。例如，通过手性催化剂硼烷还原手性肟醚、亚胺、芳香酮等。

制备方法

从原料（S）-缬氨酸经甲酯化，苄氧羰基保护制得（S）-2-苄羰基氨基-3-甲基-丁酸甲酯，然后与苯基溴化镁反应制得（S）-2-苄氧羰基氨基-3-甲基-l，1-二苯基-1-丁醇。接着在5％Pd／C催化加氢下脱除苄氧羰基得到目标化合物(S)- 2-氨基-3-甲基-1,1-二苯基-1-丁醇，总收率58％。
