3-甲基-2-苯并噻唑啉酮腙盐酸盐性质、用途与生产工艺
化学性质
白色粉末。熔点为276-278℃(分解)。溶于水,微溶于无水醇。
用途
3-甲基-2-苯并噻唑酮腙可作染料的中间体。其盐酸盐MBTH是比色测定脂肪族醛和芒香族胺类的试剂。
生产方法
由2-氨基苯并噻唑用硫酸二甲酯甲基化后再与水合肼缩合,得到3-甲基-2-苯并噻唑酮腙[1128-67-2],最后用盐酸成盐即得成该品。在搪玻璃反应锅中加入无水氯仿和2-氨基苯并噻唑,加热到60-61℃,搅拌15min,使2-氨基苯并噻唑溶解形成透明的溶液。冷却到40℃,加入硫酸二甲酯,加热回收氯仿60-61℃,搅拌反应1h。加水,加热回收氯仿至98℃。氯仿回收结束后,加水合肼,升温至85-87℃,然后温度自行上升至99℃,于98-99℃保持反应6h,反应过程中自始至终保持亮黄试纸显红。缩合反应完毕,加水,冷却至30℃,过滤,滤饼用水洗至对亮黄试纸不显色,得3-甲基-2-苯并噻唑酮腙。收率约60%。用盐酸成盐即得MBTH。
