比色皿产品说明

简介

比色皿( 又名吸收池,样品池) 用来装参比液、样品液。比色皿是分光光度计的重要配件,常用比色皿的形状有方形、矩形和圆筒形, 容量一般为几毫升。也有用于少量试样的微型或超微型毛细管皿。
比色皿

产品特点

比色皿的制造工艺有两种, 一种是粘合剂粘合而成, 另一种是高温熔融而成。比色皿的材料通常来源于石英、熔凝硅石和光学玻璃。常用比色皿的形状有方形、矩形和圆筒形, 容量一般为几毫升。也有用于少量试样的微型或超微型毛细管皿。另外还有高、低温恒温比色皿。比色皿按照使用的波长范围分为可见光系列(称玻璃比色皿),紫外可见光系列(称石英比色皿),红外光系列(称红外石英比色皿)。

分类

比色皿按材质分为石英比色皿和玻璃比色皿两种。

紫外区的定义为190-400nm,石英适用波长190-2500nm,可用于紫外、可见区及近红外区;光学玻璃适用于波长320-2500nm,不适用于紫外区。

玻璃比色皿口沿处有“G”(glass玻璃),而石英比色皿口沿处有“Q”(Quartz石英)或者“S”(Silicide石英玻璃)。 

清洗方法

1.比色皿用完后应当先用适当溶剂冲洗,注意里外都要洗到.如果溶剂无毒的话,可以装入一半溶剂后,用手指按住比色皿的两端,用力摇晃,次数应当是不少于三次。

2.然后用大量的自来水冲洗,这一步对水溶液和盐溶液非常重要。当然如果所用溶剂不亲水这步可以放弃。

3.最后再用去离子水清洗,注意里外都要洗到。如果溶剂不亲水的这一步也可放弃。

4.洗完后不要刻意的将比色皿擦干,虚放在比色皿盒内,不用盖上让其自然挥干。

注:

清洗最好在用后立即进行,否则样品干后就更难处理;

洗好的比色皿应当是透明,没有水迹的;

经常使用的比色皿可以在洗净后浸泡在纯水或分析纯乙醇里中保存。

管理维护

(1) 按照实验中所使用的波长来选择相应的比色皿( 玻璃或者石英) ,紫外光区用石英比色皿,而可见光区既可以使用玻璃比色皿,又可以使用石英比色皿。考虑到价格问题,可见光区选用玻璃比色皿。尽量做到专人专用或者专组专用,用完清理后就交回。这样不易搞混不同的比色皿,也不影响比色皿间的配对。

(2) 尽量做到每个实验每台紫外分光光度计有专用的配套比色皿,不相互混用。如有交叉使用,可记录在册,下次恢复正常。

(3) 用完即清洗,清洗后在通风阴凉处干燥,等彻底干燥后放入相应装具中。放置时,装具保持清洁干燥,比色皿应秉承“光面朝上,毛面在两侧”的原则,这样便于抓取两毛面拿出使用,不易弄污光面。

使用注意事项

(1) 拿取比色皿时,只能用手指接触两侧的毛玻璃,避免接触光学面。同时注意轻拿轻放,防止破损。

(2) 比色皿中不应长期盛放含有腐蚀玻璃物质的溶液。

(3) 比色皿高温后易爆裂,因此不应放在火焰或电炉上加热或干燥箱内烘烤。

(4) 当比色皿里面被污染,应用无水乙醇清洗,并晾干或及时擦拭干净。

(5) 比色皿的透光面不应与硬物或脏物接触。

(6)盛装溶液时,高度应为比色皿的2 /3 处,光学面如有残液可先用滤纸轻轻吸附,然后再用镜头纸或丝绸擦拭。

(7)比色皿中的液体,应沿毛面倾斜,慢慢倒掉,不要将比色皿翻转,直接口向下放在干净的滤纸上吸干剩余液,然后用蒸馏水冲洗比色皿内部倒掉(操作同上)避免液体外流,使第2次测量时不用擦拭比色皿,不致因擦拭带来的误差。

(8)比色前将各个比色皿中装入蒸馏水,在比色波长下进行比较,误差在±0.001吸光度以内的比色皿选出4-8个进行比色测定,可避免因比色皿差异造成测量误差。

(9)比色皿在使用后,应立即用水冲洗干净。必要时可用1:1的盐酸浸泡,然后用水冲洗干净。

前人用过的经验:

1 使用前将比色皿在2%的硝酸溶液中浸泡24小时,然后用水,蒸馏水依次冲洗干净,擦干。

2 比色前将各个比色皿中装入蒸馏水,在比色波长下进行比较,误差在±0.001吸光度以内的比色皿选出4-8个进行比色测定,可避免因比色皿差异造成测量误差。

3  比色皿中的液体,应沿毛面倾斜,慢慢倒掉,不要将比色皿翻转,直接口向下放在干净的滤纸上吸干剩余液,然后用蒸馏水冲洗比色皿内部倒掉(操作同上)避免液体外流,使第2次测量时不用擦拭比色皿,不致因擦拭带来的误差。
