简介

2，5-二甲氧基苯乙酮即为此类化合物的代表物质，其为透明黄色液体状，密度：1.139 g/mL at 25 °C(lit.)，沸点：155-158 °C11 mm Hg(lit.)。

制备

称取 2，5-二甲氧基苯样品 5克于 100毫升三口烧瓶中，用 10毫升四氯化碳溶解，加入 5. 5克无水三氯化铝 ，磁子搅拌;在冰浴条件下 ，以每分钟 30滴的速度滴加 3.5毫升乙酰氯 (用 10毫升四氯化碳稀释 )。产生的氯化氢导入到氢氧化钠吸收池中 。反应时间为 1. 5小时。然后在室温下 ，再反应 5小时 。反应混合物用盐酸冰水混合液洗涤，乙酸乙酯萃取两次 ，合并萃取液有机相 ，硫酸镁干燥，放置过夜 。旋转蒸发除去乙酸乙酯 。色谱柱分离 ，乙酸乙酯 :石油醚 =1:5为洗脱剂。得到目标化合物2，5-二甲氧基苯乙酮。
