L-690330 是一种竞争性的肌醇单磷酸酶 (inositol monophosphatase (IMPase)) 抑制剂，对重组人和牛 IMPase 的 Ki 值为 0.27 μM 和 0.19 μM，对人和牛前脑皮层 IMPase 的为 Ki 值为 0.30 μM 和 0.42 μM。L-690330 对其敏感性是大鼠和小鼠的 IMPase 的 10 倍。
