2-溴丙酰溴性质、用途与生产工艺

化学性质 

无色或淡黄色液体。沸点152-154℃，48-50℃（1.3kPa），相对密度2.0612（16/14℃），折光率1.5182。能与苯、乙酸、丙酸混溶。遇水及醇分解。

用途 

为麻醉药类γ-羰基丁酸钠的中间体，也是医药丙胺卡因中间体。

用途 

用作医药、农药中间体

生产方法 

由丙酸溴化而得。将丙酸和赤磷加入反应锅内，在60℃滴加溴素，约3h加完，升温至100-120℃，保温反应6h。冷却，过滤，滤液常压分馏，154℃以前的馏分为低沸物，稍冷，减压收集高沸点馏分直至蒸不出为止，得2-溴丙酰溴。
