用途 

用作耐晒蓝RGL的中间体

用途 

该品为染料中间体，用于合成偶氮染料直接铜盐绿BTL、铜盐蓝FBGL和铜盐紫BBL等。

生产方法 

由J酸和苯胺在亚硫酸氢钠介质中缩合而得。将J酸、苯胺、亚硫酸氢钠、碳酸钠投入水中，于1.5h内升温至104-106℃，保温40h，压力约0.1MPa。保温毕，冷至30℃，过滤。将滤饼加入水中，升温到80-85℃，细流加入浓硫酸，使过剩的亚硫酸氢钠分解逸出二氧化硫，料液保持对刚果红试纸呈蓝色。待二氧化硫大部分逸出后，再搅拌1h，降温到30℃，过滤，滤饼用饱和食盐水洗涤，得含量≥40%的膏状体，即N-苯基J酸。原料消耗定额：J酸（氨基值≥90%）900kg/t、苯胺（99.5%）360kg/t、亚硫酸氢钠（99%）500kg/t、硫酸（92.5%）630kg/t、纯碱（98%）28kg/t。
