(1)酰亚胺化:将3,4-二苯基呋喃-2,5-二酮(100.0mg,0.4mmol)、1%氨水(3.4g, 2.0mmol)加入到10mL微波反应管中,设定微波反应器的功率为80W,在120℃下微波辐射反 应5分钟;待冷却后,使用20mL乙酸乙酯萃取两次,合并有机层,加入无水硫酸钠干燥,减压 下回收溶剂乙酸乙酯,得3,4-二苯基-1H-吡咯-2,5-二酮,收率100%,直接用于后续的N-烃基化反应。
(2)N-烃基化:加入β-溴苯乙烷(73.6mg,0.4mmol),得到1-苯乙基-3,4-二苯基- 1H-吡咯-2,5-二酮。
2-Phenylethanamine (PEA) is soluble in water, ethanol, and ether. Phenethylamine is a skin irritant and possible sensitizer. 2-Phenylethanamine is believed to function as a neuromodulator or neurotransmitter (a trace amine). It is also found in many foods such as chocolate, especially after microbial fermentation. 2-Phenylethanamine is a precursor to the neurotransmitter phenylethanolamine. High levels of 2-Phenylethanamine have been found in the urine of schizophrenics but it is not significantly elevated in the serum or CSF of schizophrenics. Urinary levels of 2-Phenylethanamine are significantly lower in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. 2-Phenylethanamine is useful for scaring off rodent pests.
