甲酸庚酯性质、用途与生产工艺
GRAS(FEMA)。
LD
50 25g/kg(大鼠，经口)。
FEMA(mg/kg)：无醇饮料1.7；冷饮0.87；糖果3.6；焙烤制品3.3。
FDA，§172．51 5：适量为限。
化学性质
无色液体。呈梨、苹果似果香、花香、鸢尾和玫瑰香气，略有脂香。沸点176.7～178℃，或76～77℃(3325Pa)，闪点60℃。溶于乙醇，溶于乙醚等大多数有机溶剂，不溶于水。
天然品存在于金柑皮油等中。
用途
食品用香料。
生产方法
由甲胺和溴代正庚烷一起煮沸而得。或由甲酸与庚醇直接酯化而成。
