盐酸依普拉酮性质、用途与生产工艺

应用

盐酸依普拉酮的盐酸盐呈白色结晶粉末，无臭，味苦。能溶于热水，难溶于冷水，不溶于丙酮、乙醚。盐酸依普拉酮为兼具中枢性与末梢镇咳作用的非成瘾性镇咳药，主要作用于咳嗽中枢。

生物活性

Eprazinone (NSC 317935) 是一种化痰药。

Neurokinin 1 receptor

体外研究

Eprazinone specifically displaces binding to the NK1R. Although Eprazinone displays a rather weak inhibition of [ 125 I]BH-SP binding to NK1R, at a concentration of 25 μM, and an antagonistic effect of about 30%, NK1R blockade could contribute to its mucolytic activity.

体内研究

Eprazinone 2HCl是推荐的化痰剂，具有分泌溶解，和支气管止痉挛特性。Eprazinone 2HCl改善肺功能和动脉pO 2 。Eprazinone也具有镇咳和祛痰作用。 Eprazinone影响支气管肺泡灌洗液（BAL）血脂水平和离子迁移。
